VARTA Microbattery to inform about printed batteries for smart textile applications

VARTA Microbattery presents at this year´s Wearable Technologies Show of ISPO 2011 in the Neue Messe München from 06. to 09. February 2011 innovative battery solutions and how to implement them into ski clothing with lights and heating.

An expert from VARTA Microbattery will speak on 07. February 2011 from 12:40 to one o’clock about printed batteries for smart textile applications. Running projects and future markets will be introduced to the international sport industrial sector.

The batteries which will be manufactured using printing technology comply with the requirements of this field of applications due to their form-factor.

The trade visitors will find in addition on the shared booth of Wearable Technologies energy solutions which can be used in LED lamps for bikes. VARTA Microbattery also has the right battery at the sports fair for GPS clocks, diving clocks, video sports glasses, bike computers and many further mobile high tech applications.
