The quality and safety of our energy storage systems is always our priority. To ensure a high level of compliant installation, we offer the VARTA certification training. This training is a prerequisite for buying our energy storage systems and enables the installer to provide a fast, easy and safe installation in the home of their customers. Only energy storage systems which have been installed by a VARTA Certified Installer benefit from our 7 year system warranty. Installers also receive many other benefits including technical and sales support, marketing materials, portal access and energy storage system monitoring.

There are two ways to become a VARTA certified installer. The best option is the Face-to-Face training held by our wholesalers Middy’s Data & Electrical or AC Solar Warehouse. Both of them offer regular one day training courses with an expert trainer that teach you everything you need to know about the energy storage system and its installation. These courses are open to all electricians and support staff that install or plan to install VARTA energy storage systems. The certification lasts for 12 months and will be extended for another 12 months if an energy storage system is installed.

We know it’s not always easy to take a whole day off for training, so VARTA Storage is now offering the VARTA online certification. The training material can be downloaded onto our homepage and contains all relevant material including datasheet, installation information and videos. After reading the training material carefully, the online test can be completed.

The online test consists of 40 single and multiple choice question and ranges from questions about the system, from the installation to the online portal. To pass the test and become a VARTA certified installer, 34 of 40 questions (85%) need to be answered correctly.  After passing the test, you receive the login data for the online portal and the permission to buy the systems from our wholesalers. The online certification is valid for 3 months and will be extended to 12 months if a VARTA energy storage system is installed.
